Return Process

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely pack the items in their original box, ensuring all tags are attached, and affix the shipping label to the outside of the package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number handy while we process your refund or replacement.
